I took a Buzzfeed survey for fun  I was laughing so stinkin hard because it's so TRUE! This week was a pretty standard routine of work, school, sleep, work, school, sleep. Friday we had date night that I was in charge of planning and all I really wanted was fro-yo... so U-Swirl it was :) It was definitely everything I wanted. Saturday I had to work but we had awesome plans that night! We went to the Steelheads game with Jared and Alyssa again. We had seats up in the corner but Jared has a family friend who own row 2 season tickets behind the goal. After the first period they didn't show up so we went down and filled in their seats. The view was AWESOME. Hockey is so much better when you're up close like that. Afterwards we were going to go eat at Bardenay but it turns out they ID after 9pm and Alyssa and I didn't bring our ID's, whoops! We kept looking around and basically every place ID's after 9pm. I somehow got spoiled and had a 4 day weekend! How awesome is that! I had to have Friday off to cut my hours and then Monday was President's Day. Definite score for me! I stared the weekend off right by painting my nails. Then Dan surprised me with my favorite Friday morning Dan and I woke up at the crack of dawn and went to a work breakfast with my branch at The Griddle. It was delicious! Then we went and put our car in the shop to get some necessities fixed. You know, important things like breaks and the battery. I think that'll be our most expensive Valentine's Day gift to each other hahah! I got him something too but it was sold out in every store I looked in town so I ordered it on Amazon and it is coming at a snail's pace. Oops, it's the thought that counts right? This week I have been reminded, like countless times before, that although life can be hard, unfair, emotional and inconsistent, one thing that is consistent is God. Your life is what you make it! Happiness is a choice and if you want to be happy, go out and FIND the happy things in your life.  This week I had a day off in the middle of the week! How spoiled am I? Haha well not really because I worked Saturday. Our weekend was pretty much filled with homework and cleaning. But we did get our pictures from the IC's back! I'm so lucky to have gotten a photo of me when I went on stage and I was bustin out of  my pants. Epitome of a crotch shot right there guys. I also blew up a plate while cooking. We don't have much counter space and so the plate of cookies ended up on the stove. I was cooking on the front burner and didn't think anything of it.
